– Jag är både överraskad och besviken. En veteran som Pietrangelo borde veta bättre, muttrar Knights-coachen Bruce Cassidy.
– Vi var upprörda över en tackling på Shea Theodore av just Seguin, men det här är playoff, du måste hitta ett sätt att kanalisera ilskan. Vi förlorade på grund av bristande disciplin.

Och därmed känns en ny Stanley Cup-parad på Strippen mycket avlägsen. Mästarna riskerar redan natten till lördag att helt snopet bli utslagna i första omgången.
– Men det har varit extremt jämna matcher och vi har många vinnare och mycket stolthet i vårt lag, så vi borde kunna åka hemma och ta en match, konstaterar Cassidy.
Stars, å sin sida, har inga planer på att försätta chansen att avancera direkt – och samtidigt få hämnd för förlusten i fjolårets konferensfinal.
– Efter de två första matcherna var det ingen som räknade med oss, men sex dygn senare tittar man upp och plötsligt har vi 3-2-ledning och en möjlighet att slå ut mästarna, myser coachen Pete DeBoer.
